Coffee and soft drinks do not flush these toxins away from your fat cells the way clear water would do.
It is recommended that you drink at least 6-8 tall glasses of water over the course of each day to effectively lose weight.
During weight loss and exercise, your body will use up more fluids than normal. You’ll need to replace that fluid in order to stay healthy. If you become dehydrated because you’re not drinking enough for the amount of activity you’re doing, your body will naturally try to hold onto as much fluid as possible, preventing you from losing weight and make you look bloated.
2. Spinach; This is a very nutritious vegetable that contains minerals, anti-oxidants, and high levels of iron, calcium and lutein. It’s also a very good source of fiber.
Spinach is best eaten when it is still fresh. The longer it sits in the Fridge, the more nutrients are lost over time. Try buying your spinach at a farmer’s market, farm stand or alternatively grow your own.
3. Broccoli; Calcium from broccoli is absorbed better by the body than any other food with calcium, even milk, believe it or not. Calcium is equally important in keeping your bones strong while you are losing weight.
Broccoli is also a negative calorie food. Which means you will burn more calories digesting it than what is actually in the broccoli itself. So eat to your heart’s content. You’ll get benefits all the way around with this weight loss foods.
4. Kale; Just as broccoli, kale is also a negative calorie food. It is super high in fiber which means it aids in digesting food and cleansing the colon. As far as weight loss foods go, it is on top of the list of nutrient-filled foods and is also a high source of beta-carotene.
