Quick Weight Loss Routines You can Do

quick-weight-lossWe often have a lot of excuses about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Most people who are overweight or obese say that they do not have time to go and engage in fitness exercises at the gym. This is a myth since i recently saw a couple who are surgeons in one of the busiest hospital in North America.

They said they take time off between surgery, about 45 minutes to engage in quick weight loss routines that keep them healthy and focused when they are operating.

Here are some quick weight loss routines that you can implement in your ‘busy’ lifestyle without going to the gym for a fitness workout;

1. Drink  at least 7 glasses of water a day; This is my first quick weight loss routine. Make sure when you drink a glass of water at least 30 minutes before or after a meal but never during or immediately after. This will improve your digestion and help your body metabolize fats better and keep you healthy by shedding off excess weight.

2. Walk at least 3 to 4 flights of stairs twice a day; This is the second quick weight loss routine. How often do we take a lift in a day when we are navigating about town. If you changed your routine to walk at least 3 to 4 cases of stairs twice a day,you are sure to increase metabolic reactions in your body and aid in burning of belly fat. Next time before you take a lift, think twice.

3. Engage in activities with your kids; This is for parents who often have school going kids and neglect them while they can be the source of a quick weight loss routine. If your kids are this age bracket, between 4 to 12 years old and they are normal, they should be jumpy and active. If you made it a point to engage in activities such as playing soccer with them or going to teach them swimming together at least twice a week, it could work wonders for your body.

If you do not have kids, you can take time of and offer to take your relatives or friends kids out for this type of activities. You will earn their trust and
shed off excess fat while you are at it.
